Cane Unlimited were, until seven years ago, a small social enterprise, based in Durban, South Africa.
They ran an ethical company, supplying raw cane materials to young women weavers who would then transform it into cane furniture for domestic and international markets. The company was looking for a brand refresh but weren't sure how to reposition themselves.

This small visual identity which I designed weaves the two parts of their name together into one graphic: the mathematical symbol for infinity and the cane itself. It also hopefully reflected the ambition of the brand to increase credibility with corporate clients, whilst retaining a strong sense of its roots.
